You must be 21 (or over) to stay on property.

We will send you a welcome text the day of your check in that includes information about the property, detailed information on the entry process and a registration card. The property parking lot and entry is accessed from Indian Canyon Dr. Park where available if you have a car and follow the sign to the green gate of Fleur Noire. We will text you the access code. The clubhouse is beyond the gate on your right. Our team is there to greet you with a welcome drink and show you to your room 7am-10pm daily. Check In time is 3pm, if you arrive early we can store your luggage while you enjoy the grounds, clubhouse or pool.

Check out is 11am, just text us at 760-437-2324! Late checkouts may be possible depending on occupancy. To request a late checkout text us. Late check-outs 12-3pm if we can accommodate are $100. After 3pm there is a full night charge (based on availability). We are happy to store your luggage and have you enjoy the facilities if you have a later flight.

Direct reservations are fully refundable until 48 hours before the arrival date.

Resort Fee • A nightly resort fee of $27 is added to all bookings. This resort fee includes gated self-parking for one vehicle and amenities including the guest pantry (featuring tasty snacks & drinks), use of our pink bicycles (I want to ride my bicycle), free WiFi, fun & games (giant chess, fire pits, corn hole etc), heated pool and more!

Wifi • It's free and available throughout the property.

Coffee • there is a (pink!) Keurig in your room. If you need additional refills let us know. Also our favorite coffee shop Cartel is across the street on Palm Canyon Dr (Please use the crosswalk!!)

Refrigerators • Rooms are all equipped with refrigerators and stocked with free water daily. Most rooms also have a dine in wet bar area with sink and glassware.

Clubhouse house • The club house is open 7am-10pm and features a communal pantry, lounge seating and various working/dining areas. If you need anything after hours please text us at 760-437-2324.

Pool hours • the pool is HEATED and there for your enjoyment from 7am-10pm. Please be respectful of other guests.

Fire Pits • There are multiple areas on property to enjoy the firepits text us to light them for you at 760-437-2324. Firepit hours are 7am-10pm.

Dogs/Pets • Dogs are officially our best friend and are welcomed on property under 25 lbs. Please be considerate of other guests and keep fido on a leash while outside your room. There is a designated pet refresh area identified on the property map where you will find bags and disposal areas. The pet fee is $50 per stay per pet.

We do not allow any other pets except service animals.

Smoking/vaping • No. nope. no way. There is no smoking (of anything) allowed on property. The entire property is smoke free, this includes patios and common outdoor spaces. There is a $850 fine for smoking on property.

Air Conditioning • All rooms feature Ptac A/C units and most feature ceiling fans.

Cable • We do offer cable

Parking • Parking is available in our lot accessed from Indian Canyon. The vehicle gate is open 7am-10pm but accessible 24/hours a day.

Save the world! • We live in the desert and its already hot enough. Please help conserve resources. Reusing your towel saves thousands of gallons of water each year. We also provide a limited housekeeping service during your stay which will refresh your room.

Food – Each morning, guests are invited to indulge in our continental breakfast, included with your stay.
