Chris Pardo's work focuses on architecture, hospitality design & development. Born and raised on the West coast his style has been strongly influenced by his travels. Co-founding ARRIVE Hotels in 2009 he introduced a neighborhood centric aesthetic, offering guests an authentic representation of place while creating an almost theatrical backdrop to their daily activities. Hospitality design projects include Arrive Palm Springs, Arrive Memphis, Arrive Wilmington, Arrive Austin (interiors), Arrive Phoenix, Kimpton Palm Springs (public spaces interiors), Waves at Cane Bay Hotel, King Christian Hotel, Ama, Carolines Breakfast, Cream & Co, Virgin Islands Coffee Roasters (St Croix), Ernest Coffee, Bootlegger Tiki, Starbucks Reserve, H&M, Tommy Bahamas, Free People, Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey, Breakers Roar Tiki Bar and Il Corso restaurants among many others. Mr. Pardo has been awarded multiple Gold Nugget awards for design, the Travel Weekly Magellan Gold Award for "Best Room Design", "Best Lobby Design" and recently received the "Emerging Hotelier of the Year" award by BLLA.
